Delete Your Gleeon Account
You may request the permanent deletion of your Gleeon account and the personal data associated with it.
If you still have access to your account, you may also use the account deletion option available inside the Gleeon application.
What will be deleted?
When your account deletion is completed, the following information associated with your registered account may be permanently deleted:
- Your Gleeon account
- Your registered email address
- Your automatically generated nickname
- Your selected character class
- Your game scores and progression
- Other information directly associated with your account
Important information
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access its game progress, scores, rankings, preferences, or other associated data.
Some limited information may be retained when required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect the security of Gleeon and its users.
Guest data
Guest progress is stored locally on the device and is not associated with a registered Gleeon account.
To remove locally stored guest data, you may clear the application's data or uninstall Gleeon from your device.
How to request account deletion
Complete the form below using the same email address associated with your Gleeon account.
We may contact you at the provided email address to verify your identity before completing the request.
Never include your password, verification codes, or other sensitive authentication information in the form.
Make sure that you have access to the email address registered with your Gleeon account. We may use it to confirm that the request was submitted by the account owner.
